Terms of an Appointment

  1. Access
    • Access to the clinic is allowed only during a scheduled and approved consultation, (after) treatment or other reason. Free walk-ins are not permitted.
  2. Timely attendance
    • Depending on crowds, arriving 5 minutes late may be considered a no-show. We do this to protect the doctor’s schedule and prevent walk-outs. You can make a new appointment after this and a deposit may be required.
  3. Age and identification
    • The minimum age for consultation or treatment is 18.
    • Identification with a valid passport or ID card is mandatory, in accordance with the requirements of the Health and Youth Inspectorate.
  4. Consultation and treatment
    • All appointments begin with a free, no-obligation consultation. Based on this consultation, a decision can be made to start treatment immediately or schedule another appointment.
    • Each treatment requires a signed informed consent form, which discusses and records the treatment and associated risks.
  5. Privacy and security
    • Appointments can only be made for yourself, not others, due to privacy laws.
    • Children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the clinic to ensure your safety and that of others.
    • Pets are not allowed in the clinic due to strict hygiene regulations.
    • Clients should always follow instructions from staff immediately in the event of an emergency (e.g., fire or evacuation).
    • It is not permitted to take photos or videos in the clinic showing other clients or staff without clear permission from these people.
    • For taking photos and videos of results for social media, you will be asked to fill out a consent form at the front desk. You can also withdraw your consent at any time afterwards by contacting us by phone.
  6. Medical fitness
    • During the consultation, the doctor will assess your medical suitability for the desired treatment. If in doubt, additional information or a letter from your family doctor or medical specialist may be requested.
    • Pregnancy or breastfeeding is an absolute contraindication to all treatments. Please indicate this in advance. Our doctor will also go over this with you before treatment.
    • Certain treatments, such as fillers or botox, may require temporary discontinuation of blood thinners (if medically justified).
    • Treatment will never be performed under the influence of alcohol, drugs or narcotics.
    • Aepril Clinics reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment when, in our medical or professional judgment, it is not deemed responsible. We make these decisions solely in the interest of your safety and the quality of our care. We never discriminate in this regard based on ethnicity, religion, gender or other factors that are not medical. In some cases, we may choose not to share with you the specific considerations behind a refusal.
  7. Health Statement
    • You are required to share all relevant medical information during the consultation, such as allergies, medication use and medical history, provided it is not shared honestly we do not bear liability for any complications and you do not claim corrections.

Conditions for Canceling an Appointment

  1. Timely cancellation
    • Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance via phone, WhatsApp or email.
  2. Cancellations within 24 hours
    • Cancellations within 24 hours or a no-show will be charged a €50 deposit for the next appointment.
    • Repeated no-shows may result in exclusion from future consultations, treatments, (after) treatments and check-ups.
  3. Repeatedly changing appointments
    • Repeatedly changing appointments may also result in a €50 deposit, or exclusion from future consultations, treatments, (after) treatments and checkups. The time of our practitioners, as well as the time of our clients, are precious.

Prerequisites for follow-up checks

  1. Schedule follow-up checkup
    • A follow-up checkup can only be scheduled via phone, WhatsApp or email, and after consultation with one of our physicians. It is not possible to schedule your own follow-up checkup online without approval. Follow-ups are not required and are not offered for every treatment.
  2. Time of follow-up check
    • Follow-up checks can only be scheduled after a minimum of two weeks, provided there are no alarm symptoms.
    • Up to four weeks after treatment, if approved by practitioner, we offer free corrections within the warranty period.
  3. Cost after warranty period
    • If additional product or treatment is needed during the follow-up checkup after four weeks, additional charges will apply as described on our Rates page.
  4. Conditions of post-correction
    • For botox treatments, we offer a guarantee up to and including 4 weeks after treatment.
    • The same warranty period applies to filler treatments. Please note that we do not add additional volume here, but only perform corrections in case of asymmetry or irregularity.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Results and risks
    • The outcome of treatment may vary from individual to individual. Expectations and possible outcomes are discussed during the consultation.
    • Treatments have aesthetic or medical goals or both. Treatments with unrealistic goals may be refused by our practitioner.
    • Complications or unforeseen side effects cannot be completely ruled out, for this you will sign an Informed Consent form in advance.
  2. Photography and Dossier
    • Before and after photos are taken and stored in your medical record for quality control. These photos will be kept confidential and not used without permission. With your consent and signed agreement, together we may choose to share the results on social media.
  3. Payments
    • Treatments should be paid immediately upon completion, unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment by debit card is our preference. Bills over €100 will not be accepted.
  4. Liability
    • Aepril Clinics is not liable for treatments or results affected by information provided incorrectly or incompletely by the client.
    • We are not responsible for any reactions to treatments resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions.
  5. Rules of conduct
    • Respectful behavior towards our staff and other clients is mandatory. In the event of unacceptable behavior, we reserve the right to refuse treatment and deny further access and if necessary, police intervention.
  6. Change of Treatment Plan
    • Our physicians reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is not in your best interest or appears medically irresponsible. For this, we make no exception.
  7. Use of Proprietary Products
    • You are not allowed to bring and use your own cosmetic products or devices during the treatment.
  8. Clothing and Hygiene
    • Clients are asked to wear clean, comfortable clothing. Access to the treatment room may be denied for unsuitable hygiene.
    • Make-up must be removed before treatment can begin.
  9. Guidance
    • Bringing companions is limited. Only one escort is allowed in treatment rooms, and only in exceptional situations (e.g. language barriers).

Terms of Discounts and Actions

  • Validity period: The treatment must be booked and performed the mentioned to qualify for the discount.
  • Application: The discount applies only to treatments scheduled and performed before the date listed.
  • Not combinable: This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, packages, offers or promotions.
  • Booking conditions: The discount is valid for new bookings only and does not apply to treatments already scheduled or paid for.
  • Limited availability: The promotion is valid as long as there are available spots. Full = full.
  • Changes and cancellations: Aepril Clinics reserves the right to modify the promotion terms and conditions at any time or to terminate the promotion early.
  • Specific location actions: with each action the location of the clinic is noted, if in doubt please check with the clinic to avoid confusion. Not every action is valid at all locations.
  • Opening promotion Utrecht: The opening promotion in Utrecht offers discounts on 1 ML filler (not advanced treatments) and on 3 zones of botox, other treatments are not included. The promotion runs until the end of October and action price treatments must be administered in the month of October, otherwise they are not valid for the promotion. This cannot be combined with other promotions. Price at the reception is the final price, with this you agree in advance with the doctor.
  • Autumn Glow Up Promotion Hengelo: This promotion in Hengelo offers discounts on 1, 2, 3, and 4 ML filler (non-advanced treatments). This treatment must be administered in the month of September or October, otherwise it is not valid for the promotion. This cannot be combined with other promotions. Price at reception is the final price, with this you will agree with the doctor in advance.

Terms of Gift Cards

  • The Aepril Cosmetic Clinics Giftcard is available at our clinics (Hengelo and Utrecht) and digitally through our website on the Giftcard page.
  • The gift card is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
  • The gift card can only be spent at Aepril Cosmetic Clinics Hengelo and Utrecht for treatments and products.
  • The gift card is not redeemable for cash and no money will be refunded on spending or partial spending.
  • Any remaining credit remains available until the end of the validity period.
  • The gift card is personally transferable, but Aepril Clinics is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to the card.
  • The balance of the gift card cannot be transferred to a new card after its expiration date.
  • By using the gift card, the holder agrees to these terms and conditions.
