What is the difference between Essential and Premium fillers?
At Aepril Clinics, you can choose between Essential and Premium fillers. Both categories consist of high-quality hyaluronic acid fillers. The main differences lie in the brand, the properties of the specific gel, and the price. Which filler is best for you depends on the treatment area, the desired result, and your budget.
Essential: Aliaxin and Stylage
At Essential, we work with Aliaxin and Stylage. These brands offer different fillers for different applications. Sometimes our doctor may recommend an Essential filler instead, for example, because the properties of that specific filler are well-suited to the area you want to have treated.
Premium: Restylane
At Premium, we use Restylane. This brand also offers several types of fillers, ranging from softer gels to firmer products that provide more support. Restylane is more expensive for us to purchase; that is why the treatment price is higher.

Is Premium Always Better?
No. A higher price doesn’t mean that Restylane is the best choice for every treatment. Aliaxin and Stylage are also high-quality fillers. Some gels feel softer and move more easily with the tissue; others are firmer and provide more shape or support.
After a filler treatment, temporary swelling or noticeable lumps may occur. The likelihood of this depends, among other things, on the product, the injection site, and your individual response. We therefore cannot promise that a particular brand will not cause lumps.
Which filler do we recommend for you?
During the consultation, we’ll discuss your goals, assess the treatment area, and explain which filler we recommend and why. We’ll also take your budget into account. Together, we’ll choose the product that best suits the results you have in mind.
The products we use contain anesthetics to make your treatment more comfortable. Please let us know in advance if you have a known allergy to any anesthetic.

Why do we offer two types of fillers?
We believe you should be able to choose a filler that suits both your needs and your budget. That’s why we offer both Essential and Premium options. Both are high-quality options, but the products differ in features and price.
During the consultation, the doctor will determine which filler is best suited to the treatment area and the results you want to achieve. Sometimes it’s Restylane, and other times it’s Aliaxin or Stylage. This way, you’ll receive personalized advice and know in advance what options are available and what the associated costs are.
