For our clinics in Utrecht, we are looking for a clinic manager who does much more than just sit at the front desk and create schedules.
At Aepril Clinics, everything is about experience, quality and attention. You play a key role in this. You are the first face our clients see and the one who makes sure their experience is right from start to finish.
Job Requirements
- HBO-level work and thinking skills;
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, such as clinic manager, practice manager, branch manager, or operations manager;
- You are a natural leader who thrives on leading and motivating a team;
- You have strong organizational skills, work in a structured manner, and maintain a clear overview even under pressure;
- You take the initiative, think in terms of solutions, and feel responsible for the clinic’s success;
- You have excellent communication skills;
- You have an eye for detail without losing sight of the bigger picture;
- An interest in cosmetic care, beauty, or private healthcare is a major plus.
About this position
What will you do?
90% of management positions revolve around planning and organizing. Not this one.

- Don’t wait for things to happen, but always think ahead;
- The owners will take over the day-to-day operations of the clinic;
- Continuously identifies areas where processes, quality, and the customer experience can be improved;
