Aepril Cosmetic Clinic
Aepril Cosmetic Clinic is a modern clinic with locations in Hengelo and Utrecht, specializing in cosmetic treatments and a high-quality customer experience. In a short time we have built a strong position, with almost 100 perfect reviews within nine months. We want to continue this growth, together with our team.
Led by Dr. Elnaz Alagha, we focus on botox, fillers and various skin treatments. What sets us apart is the combination of quality, transparency and a personal approach. We take the time for each client, are honest in our advice and deliberately take a subtle approach where natural results are paramount. Less is more.

We are looking for a jack-of-all-trades who:
- Not waiting for what needs to be done, but always thinking ahead
- Sees where the experience could be better and acts on it immediately
- Gets energy from people, service and perfection in details
- Has an interest in cosmetic treatments and can guide clients well
This is not a “pick up the phone and be done” feature.

Who are we looking for?
Front office & customer experience
- Welcoming clients in a warm, professional manner
- Providing coffee, tea and a premium reception
- Handing out goodie bags and providing the overall experience
- Making sure the clinic always looks perfect
Planning & administration
- Manage physician calendars
- Scheduling and rescheduling of appointments
- Checkout of treatments (cash register)
- Telephone and WhatsApp contact with clients
Marketing & growth
- Thinking along about campaigns and actions
- Identifying opportunities for improvement
- Processing customer feedback and reviews
- Actively contribute to the growth of the clinic
Physician support
- Guiding clients toward treatment
- Giving light, superficial advice (not medical advice)
- Support in the daily flow of the clinic
