To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant who brings structure, overview and quality to our financial administration and is eager to grow with our organization.

What will you do?

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for keeping accurate and timely records for multiple clinic locations. You will work closely with our tax specialist and accountant and play an important role in the financial foundation of Aepril Clinics.

Your duties will include:

• Entry and processing of purchase invoices
• Processing mutations and financial transactions
• Maintain and control records by location
• Preparing data for tax specialist and accountant
• Spotting deviations and thinking along in improvements
• Independently structure and optimize administrative processes

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a professional who works independently, shows initiative and feels responsible for his/her work.

Prerequisites (must-haves):

• Completed MBA or SPD education
• Minimum of 4 years of demonstrable experience in an administrative/financial position
• Experience updating and entering invoices and mutations
• Accurate, structured and reliable
• Independent and communicatively strong

Pre:

• Experience with multiple BVs or locations
• Affinity for a growing business
• Experience working with tax specialist and accountant

As a cosmetic physician at Aepril Cosmetic Clinic, you will be responsible for performing various cosmetic treatments with injectables such as botox, fillers and skin boosters. You will work closely with our professional team to provide our clients with the best possible care and results.

What we are looking for:

• A BIG-registered physician: experience in cosmetic treatments is a plus, but not necessary;
• Flexible availability weekdays, weekends and evenings for 1-3 days a week for 16-24 hours;
• Professional and accurate work attitude;
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation;
• Curiosity and empathy toward customer needs;
• Affinity for social media and willingness to learn and grow in this field;
• A demonstrated and genuine passion for cosmetology and clients.
