As a cosmetic physician at Aepril Cosmetic Clinic, you will be responsible for performing various cosmetic treatments with injectables such as botox, fillers and skin boosters. You will work closely with our professional team to provide our clients with the best possible care and results.

What we are looking for:

• A BIG-registered physician or practitioner: experience in cosmetic treatments is a plus, but not necessary;
• Flexible availability weekdays, weekends and evenings for 1-3 days a week for 16-24 hours;
• Professional and accurate work attitude;
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation;
• Curiosity and empathy toward customer needs;
• Affinity for social media and willingness to learn and grow in this field;
• A demonstrated and genuine passion for cosmetology and clients.

At Aepril Cosmetic Clinic we are looking for a warm, organized and caring Host or Hostess who feels at home in a high-end environment and really wants to pamper customers. A jack-of-all-trades with an overview, empathy and an eye for detail.

As a Host or Hostess, you are the first face our customers see and the last hand they feel when they leave. You are the point of contact, tranquilizer, organizer and mainstay of the team.

Your duties include:

• Welcoming and assisting customers hospitably;
• Manage calendar and schedule appointments;
• Telephone and digital customer contact, including follow-up and aftercare;
• Assist with administrative and light medical work;
• Stock control and ensure treatment rooms are maintained;
• Support the physicians so they can fully focus on treatments;
• Creating an organized and warm atmosphere in the clinic.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in hospitality, reception work or (para)medical support
• Affinity for cosmetic care is a plus
• Reliability, structure and attention to detail
• Professional and warm communication
• Independence and solution-oriented thinking
• Customer service and a neat appearance
