Skin Improvement & Skin Boosters
Our skin-enhancing treatments focus on skin quality rather than just volume. Depending on the specific need, we use products such as Profhilo, Belotero Revive, PhilArt Eyes, and biostimulators like Radiesse.
The goal is healthier, firmer, and more radiant skin, with a treatment plan tailored to the client’s skin and preferences.
Cosmetic Surgery
Aepril Clinics also offers minor cosmetic surgical procedures, including upper eyelid lifts.
An upper eyelid correction is preceded by a medical consultation during which the doctor assesses whether the procedure is appropriate. The consultation, procedure, and regular follow-up care are all part of the treatment process.
Medical weight loss
For clients seeking support with weight loss, we offer a medically supervised program. In this program, we look beyond just the number on the scale and combine medical evaluations with lifestyle guidance and progress monitoring as appropriate.

A consultation does not, therefore, automatically have to lead to treatment. If a doctor determines that treatment is unnecessary, inappropriate, or medically unjustified, we recommend against treatment.

Drs. Elnaz Alagha is a physician, co-founder, and medical director of Aepril Clinics. Her personal journey—from refugee and vocational high school student to graduate of the medical program—is a key part of the philosophy behind Aepril: great ambitions begin with the belief that change is possible.
At Aepril Clinics, Elnaz is responsible for medical quality, protocols, aftercare, and supervising the doctors. She also treats clients herself in Hengelo and Utrecht.
Bahman Zarghami – Co-founder & Managing Director
Bahman Zarghami is an entrepreneur and co-founder of Aepril Clinics. After years of entrepreneurship in various sectors, he wanted to work with Elnaz to build a company that focuses not only on growth, but above all on people, quality, and job satisfaction.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation of your appointment.
2. In-person consultation
During the consultation, we’ll discuss what’s bothering you, what you want to achieve, and what your expectations are.
The doctor will then evaluate your options from both a medical and aesthetic perspective and recommend which treatment is—or isn’t—right for you.
3. A treatment plan that’s right for you
When treatment is possible and appropriate, we work with you to develop a treatment plan. As part of this process, we discuss the expected outcome, any risks, follow-up care, and costs before proceeding with treatment.
4. Treatment by a doctor
Cosmetic medical treatments are performed by a licensed physician. We take the time needed for the treatment and follow our medical protocols.
5. Follow-up Care and Monitoring
After your treatment, you will receive clear aftercare instructions. If a follow-up appointment is part of your treatment plan, we will schedule it as needed.
If you have any questions, our reception desk is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. For medical emergencies following treatment, an emergency number is available outside of business hours.

We believe that where you start in life shouldn’t determine where you end up. Yet not all children and young people in the Netherlands have the same opportunities to discover their talents and achieve their ambitions.
That is why the founders of Aepril Clinics, Elnaz Alagha, M.A., and Bahman Zarghami , the Chase Your Dreams Foundation. The foundation focuses on young people ages 12 to 22 who, due to their background or circumstances, have fewer opportunities, and aims to help them continue to believe in and work toward dreams that may seem impossible.
That mission is personal to us. Elnaz came to the Netherlands as a refugee when she was a child and began her high school education in the vmbo-kader program. Years later, she graduated as a doctor. Her story shows just how much of a difference opportunities, trust, and perseverance can make.
The foundation aims not only to inspire young people, but also to provide them with practical support as they develop their talents and achieve their goals. In addition, we want to raise awareness among parents, caregivers, and education professionals about the influence they can have on a child’s expectations and opportunities.
