We combine a comprehensive medical intake, physical examination, and relevant health measurements with a personalized consultation with a doctor.
The doctor will discuss your health, lifestyle, and any questions you may have. This will help you understand what areas to focus on and provide you with advice on appropriate next steps.
If you don’t want to undergo a comprehensive PMO: Health Check, you can also opt for a blood test.
Choose from two options: a comprehensive PMO with additional testing as indicated, or a PMO with blood tests.
What is a PMO?
PMO stands for preventive medical examination. It assesses various aspects of your health, focusing on your medical history, lifestyle, and relevant risk factors.
During the examination, we’ll discuss topics such as diet, exercise, sleep, stress, medication, and any symptoms you may have. The doctor will determine which tests and examinations are appropriate for your specific situation.
A PMO is a snapshot. It provides insight into the aspects of your health that were examined, but it cannot confirm or rule out all conditions.

A personal health assessment that includes a comprehensive consultation with a doctor.
This package focuses on a comprehensive assessment of your health. Based on the initial consultation, the physical exam, and the test results, the doctor will determine whether additional testing is warranted.
The package includes:
- A comprehensive medical intake.
- A discussion of your medical history, medications, and any symptoms you may have.
- Focus on family medical history and relevant risk factors.
- Discussion of nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, and recovery.
- Physical examination and relevant health measurements.
- A comprehensive medical consultation that includes explanations and personalized advice.
Blood tests are not a standard part of this package. If the doctor recommends additional testing, we will discuss in advance which tests are necessary and what costs, if any, are associated with them.
2. PMO with blood test
A personal health assessment, supplemented by laboratory tests.
This package combines a comprehensive medical evaluation with venous blood tests. The doctor will review the blood test results in conjunction with your medical history, lifestyle, and other findings.
The package includes:
- A comprehensive medical intake.
- A discussion of your medical history, medications, and any symptoms you may have.
- Focus on family medical history and relevant risk factors.
- Discussion of nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, and recovery.
- Physical examination and relevant health measurements.
- Venous blood draw and laboratory testing.
- A comprehensive medical consultation, including a discussion of the results.
- Personal advice on possible next steps.
Beforehand, you will receive a list of the blood test results included in this package.
Which package is right for you?
The right choice depends on your questions and the purpose of the study.
With the comprehensive PMO that includes tests based on medical indication, the doctor first assesses your health and then determines whether additional tests are necessary. With the PMO that includes blood tests, a predetermined set of blood test results is part of the health assessment.

The doctor will evaluate the findings as a whole. Factors such as your medical history, age, lifestyle, medications, and any symptoms you may have can be important in this assessment. During the in-depth consultation with the doctor, you’ll receive an explanation of the results and have the opportunity to ask questions. Together, we’ll discuss which issues require attention and what an appropriate next step might be. Sometimes, lifestyle advice is sufficient. In other situations, repeating a test, conducting additional tests, or contacting your primary care physician may be recommended.

How is your PMO going?
1. Choose your package
You can choose between a comprehensive PMO with additional testing as indicated or a PMO with blood tests. We will inform you in advance about the details and costs.
2. You will receive the preparation materials
You will receive information about the appointment and any necessary preparations. We may ask you to fill out a health questionnaire and bring a list of your medications with you.
3. You’ll come in for the health assessment
The doctor will discuss your health, lifestyle, and any personal questions you may have. Next, a physical exam and the relevant measurements will be performed. If you’ve chosen the blood test package, blood will also be drawn at a blood collection site.
4. The doctor evaluates the findings
The results are reviewed as a whole. If blood tests have been performed, the laboratory results are included as soon as they become available.
5. You’ll receive explanations and advice
During the consultation with the doctor, you’ll discuss the results and any next steps. You’ll receive personalized advice tailored to your situation.

That depends on your symptoms. Please report them in advance so we can determine whether a PMO is appropriate. New, persistent, or worsening symptoms may require an initial evaluation by your primary care physician.
Yes. Both packages include a brief digital or phone consultation or a comprehensive in-person consultation with a doctor to discuss the findings. If blood tests are performed, we’ll discuss the results as soon as they’re available.
The doctor will assess what the findings mean in your specific situation. An abnormal result does not automatically indicate a disease. Sometimes it is advisable to repeat the test, undergo additional testing, or contact your primary care physician. You will receive personalized advice on this matter.
No. “Comprehensive” refers to the combination of an initial consultation, a physical examination, relevant measurements, and medical advice. It does not mean that all possible conditions are screened for. Even if the results are normal, symptoms may still require further evaluation.
