Aepril Cosmetic Clinic is a fast-growing clinic with locations in Hengelo and Utrecht, focused on cosmetic treatments and a high-quality client experience. Who are we looking for?
90% of junior finance jobs are Excel work with no real impact. Not this one.
At Aepril Clinics , we are looking for a Junior Controller who will not only create reports, but help build a company that opens a new location every year.
This is not a typical finance role. You will work directly with the founders, see all the numbers of the organization and help build the financial structure of a fast-growing clinic chain.
This role is extremely hands-on.
You don’t just do analysis and reporting.
You also make sure the basics are right.
That means you might as well:
- receipts entry
- stock checks
- cost monitored
- reports
- and spar with the founders about growth
If you only want to build dashboards from a chair, this is not your job. If you want to learn to build a company from the inside out, then yes, it is.
About this position
What will you do?
Your role sits right between finance, operations and strategy.
Financial administration
- Entry of receipts and invoices
- Maintaining financial records
- Assist with VAT returns
- Preparation of financial statements
Analysis & reporting
- Creating reports by branch office
- Consolidated reports for the entire organization
- Analysis of sales, treatments and margins
- Cost control
Operational
- Stock management of medical products
- Control of inventory usage and purchasing
- Spotting inefficiencies
Strategic
- Sparring with founders about growth
- Establish financial structure of new clinics
- Thinking along about scalable processes
