Are you unsure about anything, have additional questions about your treatment, or want to reschedule or cancel your appointment? If so, do so within 48 hours to avoid no-show penalties. We are happy to think with you and make sure you come to your appointment well prepared and feeling confident.

Our team can be reached Monday through Friday between 09:00 and 18:00, or outside these hours on Whatsapp. We always strive to help you as soon as possible.

Changing appointments or no-shows
We kindly request that you cancel or change your appointment by phone in a timely manner, at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise we are forced to charge a deposit for the next appointment. We make no exceptions for this.

Preparing for your treatment

To achieve the best results and make your treatment as pleasant as possible, we ask you to consider the following points:

  • Arrive to your appointment on time. So you can enjoy a nice drink, and a bonbon before your treatment begins.
  • Preferably do not wear makeup on the area to be treated; if you do, the doctor will be happy to remove it for you.
  • Eat something beforehand and make sure you are well hydrated, the more comfortable you feel the more pleasant the treatment will be.
  • Feel free to Google a little less :). Stress before a treatment is normal, but too much (incorrect) information can cause unnecessary stress.
  • Do you have complaints or doubts about your health such as allergies or sensitivities? If so, please contact us.

  • By car: Paid parking is available at Wetstraat (behind HEMA), paid in front and sometimes free in front with blue card.
  • By public transportation: From Hengelo Central Station, it is about a 400-meter walk.

Location Utrecht

Address: Amsterdamsestraatweg 717-719, Utrecht

  • By car: there are free parking spaces in front of the door and otherwise there are plenty of free parking spaces across the street at the Praxis.
  • By public transportation: get off at bus stop Utrecht, Health Center De Brug, from there it is a 100 meter walk.
