Aepril Cosmetic Clinic is a fast-growing clinic with locations in Hengelo and Utrecht, focused on cosmetic treatments and a high-quality client experience. Under the leadership of Dr. Elnaz Alagha, we specialize in Botox, fillers, skin treatments, medical weight loss, and surgery. We combine medical expertise with a personalized approach, centered on honest advice. We look beyond the treatment itself and take the time to work with the client to arrive at the right choice. Experience and skills
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who combines creativity with a keen eye for numbers. You understand why an ad works and know how to improve campaigns step by step.
You’ll collaborate with our content creator and SEO specialist on new concepts, provide clear briefings, and use campaign results to create better ads. You look beyond reach and likes: you want to know which campaigns generate relevant inquiries and appointments.
Among other things, you bring the following:
- Proven experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads;
- Experience with campaigns aimed at generating leads, appointments, or other specific conversions;
- Knowledge of target audience strategy, budget management, and campaign testing;
- Understanding of short videos, hooks, storytelling, and ad copy;
- Experience with conversion tracking and evaluating campaign results;
- The ability to translate creative ideas into clear briefings;
- Due diligence regarding privacy and advertising regulations for medical and cosmetic services.
Experience in the healthcare, cosmetics, beauty, or other service industries is a plus.
About this position
What will you do?
Campaigns and Strategy
- Set up and manage ad campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok;
- Tailor campaigns to our locations, treatments, and target audiences;
- Allocate and adjust budgets based on results;
- Develop new campaigns for treatments, promotions, and product launches;
- Assess, on a platform-by-platform basis, which advertising options align with our offerings.
Creative development
- Develop advertising concepts together with our content creator and SEO specialist;
- Writing briefs for videos, visuals, and ad copy;
- Testing different hooks, formats, and messages;
- Evaluate existing content for its suitability for ads;
- Use campaign results to improve new content.
Optimization and Measurement
- Evaluate ads based on attention, click behavior, and conversions;
- Optimize campaigns based on the cost and quality of leads;
- Launch new ads in a timely manner when results start to decline;
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking in accordance with applicable privacy and platform policies;
- Help improve landing pages and the process of scheduling an appointment.
Collaboration and Growth
- Discuss results and areas for improvement with the founders;
- Work with our Google Ads specialist and SEO specialist;
- Share insights with the content creator;
- Expand successful campaigns based on demonstrable results.
