Selected blood parameters are analyzed in a laboratory following a venous blood draw by appointment. The doctor discusses the results with the employee during a virtual or in-person consultation, taking into account the employee’s personal situation and any necessary next steps.

What Can Blood Testing Mean for Your Organization?
Blood tests can provide employees with insight into selected blood values. A doctor helps them understand the results and determines whether further action is needed. As an employer, you can offer this as part of your wellness program. Which tests are appropriate depends on the specific health concerns and the employee’s personal situation. More testing isn’t necessarily better—we assess the relevance of the selected tests. The blood draw takes place at one of our partner’s blood draw locations. A laboratory then analyzes the values included in the selected package.
An abnormal result does not automatically mean that someone is sick. Nor do normal results rule out all conditions. That is why a medical evaluation is a standard part of every package.

1. Basic Blood Tests
An initial overview of selected general blood test results.
The Basic Blood Test provides employees with an overview of a selection of general blood values, along with a medical evaluation and personalized explanation.
Beforehand, we inform the employee about the provisions under review and discuss whether the package aligns with their specific research question.
The package includes:
- Venous blood draw at one of our partner’s blood draw sites.
- Laboratory testing covered by the basic health insurance package.
- Medical review of the results by a doctor.
- A digital or in-person consultation that includes an explanation and advice on any next steps.

2. Complete Blood Count
A more comprehensive selection of blood test results.
The Comprehensive Blood Test includes more tests than the basic package. This may be appropriate for a broader diagnostic need. We assess in advance whether this selection is appropriate for the employee’s personal situation.
The package includes:
- Venous blood draw at one of our partner’s blood draw sites.
- Laboratory testing of the parameters included in the complete package.
- Medical review of the results by a doctor.
- A digital or in-person consultation that includes an explanation and advice on any next steps.
Beforehand, the employee receives a list of the values being reviewed.
“Complete” refers to the more comprehensive set of tests compared to the basic package. It does not mean that all blood values or possible conditions are tested.

3. Vitamin Check
Targeted insight into selected vitamin values.
The Vitamin Check focuses on the vitamin levels included in this package. Beforehand, we discuss with the employee whether the test addresses their specific needs.
Medication and supplement use are taken into account when evaluating the results.
The package includes:
- Venous blood draw at one of our partner’s blood draw sites.
- Laboratory analysis of the selected vitamin levels.
- Medical review of the results by a doctor.
- A digital or in-person consultation that includes an explanation and advice on any next steps.
The Vitamin Check examines a selection of vitamin levels and does not identify all possible nutritional deficiencies.
Personal medical evaluation for every employee
After the laboratory analysis, a doctor reviews the results. Factors such as age, medical history, medications, supplement use, and any symptoms may be relevant.During the consultation, the employee receives an explanation of the findings and advice on any next steps. Sometimes, a repeat test or additional testing is necessary. The doctor may also recommend contacting the employee’s primary care physician. The feedback is personal and confidential. Individual blood test results, diagnoses, and medical advice are not disclosed to the employer.

1. We’ll discuss your organization’s needs
We’ll discuss which employees you’d like to include in the program, which packages might be appropriate, and how the planning and communication will be organized. You’ll receive clear information about the content and costs in advance.
2. Employees receive information and instructions
Participating employees will receive an explanation of the selected package, the blood draw, and the medical feedback. They will also receive instructions on any necessary preparations, such as arriving on an empty stomach.
3. Blood collection and laboratory analysis take place
Employees visit one of our partner’s blood collection sites. The laboratory then analyzes the tests included in their package.
4. Each employee reviews their own results
A doctor reviews the results and discusses them with the employee during a virtual or in-person consultation. The employee receives personalized advice on any next steps.
