Days 3 through 5

For many women, this is the point when the swelling and any bruising around the eyes are most noticeable. It may look more dramatic than you had anticipated, but it’s part of the normal healing process.
How you look during these days doesn’t say much about the final result. That’s exactly why it helps to know in advance that swelling and discoloration may become more noticeable before they subside.

Days 6 through 10
The recovery is becoming increasingly evident
After about a week, you’ll usually notice the swelling start to subside significantly. Any bruises may gradually turn yellow or green and then fade away. After two weeks
When will we start to see the final result?
After about two weeks, the visible swelling has largely subsided for most women, and the results already look more natural in everyday life.
The final result will take a little longer to become apparent. The last bit of subtle swelling still needs to subside, and the scar also needs time to continue healing and fade.
