Our story
We are Bahman Zarghami and Elnaz Alagha. Partners in life and in our passion for cosmetic medicine. What drives us is not only the love for our profession, but more importantly the impact we can make on people’s self-confidence. We believe that beauty is not about perfection, but about balance, natural radiance and highlighting one’s unique characteristics.
During our years in the cosmetic industry, we saw that many clinics focus on quick treatments without personal attention. Clients do not always receive honest advice, and the results do not always match their expectations. This had to change. That’s why we decided to start our own clinic together. A place where a personal approach, honesty and high-quality care are paramount.
With us, it’s not just about a treatment, but an experience. We take the time to listen, identify desires and create a customized treatment plan. Our goal is to make people more beautiful naturally, without losing their unique look.
Our mission is clear: to improve the cosmetic world through transparency, quality and genuine care for our clients. This is not just a business for us-it is our passion, our profession and our way of contributing to the well-being and self-assurance of others.

Chase Your Dreams foundation
The gap between children of high and low educated parents has doubled over the past 15 years (source: CPB). Moreover, children in cities with a higher average income are up to three times more likely to receive a HAVO+ recommendation (kansenkaart.nl). This growing inequality affects millions of children in the Netherlands.
The Chase Your Dreams Foundation, currently being established by our founders Dr. Elnaz and Bahman Zarghami, is a nonprofit organization with a powerful mission: to support underprivileged youth between the ages of 12 and 22 in achieving their “impossible” dreams. The foundation also strives to raise awareness among education professionals and parents/caregivers so that they can better guide young people in developing their talents and achieving their goals – no matter how big they may be.
