Drs. Elnaz Alagha is the beating heart of Aepril Clinics. Doctor, perfectionist and big fan of natural beauty. With her medical background and years of experience in the cosmetic world, she knows exactly what works, and perhaps more importantly, what not to do.
As medical director, she reviews our website for medical content, oversees the doctors, develops medical policies, protocols, and aftercare guidelines, manages our medications and medical devices, and serves as the director of the Aepril Academy.
She also works about 2–3 days a week at the Hengelo and Utrecht locations as a cosmetic doctor, because that is and remains her greatest passion.

Her Story
Her story is one to be proud of. From being a refugee at VMBO-kader to completing medicine: with perseverance, ambition and a good dose of passion, Elnaz made her dream come true. That same energy and commitment can be felt in every consultation.
Elnaz is not about more, bigger or tighter, but about balance, health and a fresh, confident look. She is known for her warm personality, honest advice (no is also an answer), attention to detail and her ability to really put clients at ease.
Elnaz is licensed and experienced in basic and advanced injectables, including botox, fillers and skin boosters, always with a natural result in mind.
Elnaz has had a strong affinity for aesthetics since childhood and knows better than anyone how important it is to feel comfortable and confident in your own body.
