Ils imitent l&rsquo;hormone GLP-1 qui se trouve naturellement dans votre corps et qui est impliqu\u00e9e dans la r\u00e9gulation de l&rsquo;app\u00e9tit, de la glyc\u00e9mie et de la sati\u00e9t\u00e9. Ozempic est enregistr\u00e9 pour le diab\u00e8te de type 2, Wegovy sp\u00e9cifiquement pour la gestion du poids.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mounjaro contient du tirzepatide et agit \u00e0 la fois sur les r\u00e9cepteurs du GLP-1 et du GIP. Le GIP est une autre hormone intestinale impliqu\u00e9e dans la production d&rsquo;insuline et le m\u00e9tabolisme des graisses. En moyenne, les patients perdent <strong>15 \u00e0 22 %<\/strong> de leur poids corporel avec Mounjaro, contre 12 \u00e0 15 % avec Wegovy.
