What Can Blood Testing Mean for Your Organization?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Blood tests can provide employees with insight into selected blood values. A doctor helps them understand the results and determines whether further action is needed. As an employer, you can offer this as part of your wellness program. Which tests are appropriate depends on the specific health concerns and the employee\u2019s personal situation. More testing isn\u2019t necessarily better\u2014we assess the relevance of the selected tests. The blood draw takes place at one of our partner\u2019s blood draw locations. A laboratory then analyzes the values included in the selected package. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

An abnormal result does not automatically mean that someone is sick. Nor do normal results rule out all conditions. That is why a medical evaluation is a standard part of every package. <\/p>\n<\/div>
